The scope
The Commercial Office Complex was a multi-floor office buildout covering workstations, server rooms and the MEP systems to support them. With mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineered and installed in-house, TK Project sized the systems for the office and IT loads the space would actually carry.
How it was delivered
Keeping construction, MEP, cabinetry and signage under one team let the multi-floor build sequence stay tight, with server-room infrastructure coordinated alongside the rest of the build. The project delivered on budget in 120 days with full tenant satisfaction.
