The scope
Chuzz Burgers was a second-generation buildout, meaning TK Project took the space from architectural design through construction, signage, millwork and furniture, including permits, all MEP and finishes, under one contract. Because every trade sat in-house, the design could be checked against a real budget during the design phase rather than after bids went out.
How it was delivered
Running design, permitting, MEP, construction, millwork and signage as one schedule let the team pull the timeline forward. The buildout opened two weeks ahead of schedule, fully operational at launch with zero punch list items, and delivered on budget with full tenant satisfaction.
